I hope this finds you well! I have been getting some emails about what people should have in their pantry/fridge. etc. So I thought I would pull something together and get it out to as many people as I could. We are all in this together and feeding ourselves and our families at this time is of utmost importance. Not only for our health, but because we have to!
Provisions List
This is a list of food items that may be included in your diet. This is not individualized, some may work for you and some may not, please keep this in mind. You will obviously not need everything here.
Before Shopping
Best to check and see what you have.
Check your spice cabinet - see if you have what you like to cook with, too many for me to list and we all cook differently Make sure you have enough salt, this is always needed in cooking.
Check on what you have in the fridge, freezer and pantry all ready.
