  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


  2. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.


  3. Seasoning Mix: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Add the lemon zest and juice to the mixture.

  5. Bake: Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If you prefer a crispier finish, you can broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
